Jeffrey F. Boudreau

Jeffrey Boudreau, a senior partner for XCD has been consulting for more than 20 years, Jeff has created and implemented supply chain and business improvements for wholesale, retail and 3PL clients with complex process, technology and labor situations. His work incorporates a novel blend of innovation and change management components to help ensure lasting results. Jeff is a speaker and subject matter source on supply chain issues, and has become a recognized expert on labor productivity strategies including analytically-based labor management and pay-for-performance programs.

Jeff is influential in creating multi-million dollar EBITDA improvement streams within clients’ existing systems and capital infrastructure. He has helped companies create, optimize, and deliver value through techniques that transform their operations – including using lean and sustainable improvements in distribution and fulfillment operations. He has serviced many of his clients continuously with high-value services ranging from supply chain design, distribution network strategies, facility and systems planning and various process improvement initiatives including a wide variety of comprehensive pay-for-performance programs.

Prior to joining XCD, Jeff was a Principal with both Tunnell Consulting and Kurt Salmon Associates.  Jeff is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

J. Seth Davis

Seth Davis a founder of XCD, creates and implements supply chain solutions for retail and consumer products companies with complex labor and productivity challenges. The hallmark of Seth’s career is bringing clients along the path to sustainable labor management and workforce motivation programs that create a performance-focused culture; blending process, systems, technology and people into innovative, yet practical improvements. His personal demeanor and consulting style have made him a sought-after change advocate by clients. Seth serves on the cabinet of the Middle Tennessee chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and is a member of the Warehousing Education and Resource Council (WERC). He is a frequent speaker at national and local industry events on performance improvement supply chain solutions.

Prior to XCD, Seth was a consultant with KSA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
