Jeffrey F. Boudreau, Managing Partner
Princeton

For 25 years in consulting, Mr. Boudreau creates and implements supply chain and business improvements for clients with complex and labor-intense supply chains.  His work incorporates a blend of industry expertise, technical application, innovation and change execution techniques to ensure lasting results.  At Kurt Salmon Associates he structured, sold and led the firm’s largest labor management initiatives and many supply chain transformations for leading brands, retailers and internet clients; and initiated and executed the firm’s first comprehensive marketing and lead-generation campaign.  In 2005, he joined XCD and re-focused it to become the thought-leader and implementer of workforce motivation and lean supply chain services for labor-intense companies; achieving national exposure at conferences, industry press, and an alliance with a leading supply chain software firm.  Throughout his career, Mr. Boudreau recruits, develops and mentors professional staff to achieve high-value results and 100% positive client feedback.  Mr. Boudreau received his degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

J. Seth Davis, Founder
Nashville

Seth Davis a founder of XCD, creates and implements supply chain solutions for retail and consumer products companies with complex labor and productivity challenges. The hallmark of Mr. Davis'career is bringing clients along the path to sustainable labor management and workforce motivation programs that create a performance-focused culture; blending process, systems, technology and people into innovative, yet practical improvements. His personal demeanor and consulting style have made him a sought-after change advocate by clients. Mr. Davis serves on the cabinet of the Middle Tennessee chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and is a member of the Warehousing Education and Resource Council (WERC). He is a frequent speaker at national and local industry events on performance improvement supply chain solutions.

Prior to XCD, Mr. Davis was a consultant with KSA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Brad A. Sampson, Partner

Mr. Sampson is a respected consulting leader with more than 10 years experience developing and implementing distribution and manufacturing transformations.  He is sought after by clients for his highly focused personal organization and professional style in leading major business initiatives; and in the way he communicates the path forward.  Mr. Sampson’s experience spans leadership training, facility planning, labor management programs, supply chain systems upgrades, and project management.  Prior to XCD Performance Consulting, he was the logistics lead for BMW North America’s largest assembly integration and a senior consultant at Kurt Salmon Associates.  Mr. Sampson received his degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech.
